Which days do you do home delivery?
We deliver with our van in the mornings, depending on your area:
Tuesday — El Puerto de Santa María and Jerez · Wednesday — Sanlúcar, Chipiona and Rota · Thursday — Seville · Friday — Puerto Real and Chiclana. At checkout we tell you your next delivery day.
When will I get my order?
If you choose home delivery, you get it on the next delivery day for your area (we confirm it in the order). If you choose courier shipping, it arrives in 24/48 working hours.
How much does shipping or delivery cost?
Home delivery is free (minimum order of €35). Courier shipping costs €3.95 and is free from €39.
Is there a minimum order?
For home delivery, the minimum order is €35. Below that amount you can receive your order via courier shipping.
Do you ship to all of Spain and Portugal?
Yes. Outside our delivery area we ship to all of mainland Spain and Portugal by courier in 24/48 h.
How can I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer, Bizum or payment on delivery (when you receive the order). Card payment will be available very soon.
I'm a professional (shop, breeder, vet…). Do I get special prices?
Yes. Create your account ticking "I'm a professional" and enter your tax ID. Once we approve it, you'll see your professional prices (excl. VAT) across the shop.
Can I pick up the order at the shop?
Of course! You can pick it up at our shop at Calle Estopa, 6, 11500 El Puerto de Santa María. If you have any questions, call us at 956 11 45 86.
Do you advise on which food to choose?
Absolutely, that's our thing. We are specialists in pet dietetics and nutrition: tell us about your pet and we'll recommend the best option, with no obligation.
